We've recently been working with several composers from Hastings whose wind quintet compositions we will be performing. This month we have provided background music for various parties and events. We were also invited to give a short after dinner recital for the Goldsmiths Livery company at their beautiful hall in the City of London. We very much enjoyed our evening there and thought they selected a lovely programme for us to play to them. If anyone is looking for something different to round off their dinner party or event please use the 'contact us' page on the website as we are happy to put a custom programme together for your event, however large or small!

November 2011
This month all members of Treblos graduated from the Guildhall School and attended a lovely ceremony at the Guildhall to celebrate. It's amazing to think that we have now been together as an ensemble for over 4 years!

7th April 2011
Tonight Treblos gave their Barbican Hall debut performing the Nielsen Wind Quintet before the London Symphony Orchestra's main concert. We'd like to thank Mary for covering for Lydia on Oboe as she was in Denmark playing in Sweeney Todd. We really enjoyed the performance and are really happy with the reviews we received such as the one below:

"The Treblos Quintet, formed as recently as 2007, gave a well-considered performance tonight, made all the more winning by its intelligent reading of the variations of the finale....This was a very fine performance indeed and was most welcome, reminding one, if we needed reminding, what we are missing by its only occasional live performances."

Our recital at the River and Rowing Museum in aid of the chiltern centre for children with disabilities was a. Huge success and we raised over £100. Thanks to all who attended and to the museum for hosting the event. We had a great time at Valley Road School and received very positive feedback from staff, parents and the children.
